I am an expert in the design and implementation of compensation structures, including a focus on pay for performance criteria, as well as an expert in the design and analysis of job roles and functions. While ensuring that pay is both market-competitive and internally equitable is essential, I believes this is only one aspect of the employee value proposition. My approach is to ensure that an organization is leveraging everything at its disposal to attract and retain the best possible talent.

I bring strong project management skills and have implemented multiple large-scale systems transformations. In addition to my consulting experience, I’ve lectured at multiple universities in the areas of Strategic Compensation, Human Resources Management and  Industrial and Labour Relations.
